There is an energy of playful arrangement in each Work Table. Intuition guided the creation of this body of work and selections and placements of materials were responsive poetic decisions. Each image was a one-time-only instance, an ephemeral arrangement placed in the moment. After the image was captured, the original collage was deconstructed. The digital image was then reconsidered, partially edited, and selectively manipulated to create a Work Table.

About the Artist

Aaron Wexler is an artist and designer. Aaron's work has been exhibited in galleries and museums nationally and internationally, with solo exhibitions in London, Kyoto, NYC and recently New Caanan, CT. His work has been collected by numerous public and private collections including The West Collection, The Saatchi Collection, Fidelity Investments, Mitsui Fudosan America, The New Britain Museum of Amercian Art and many more. In tandem with his studio practice, Aaron creates large scale commissioned artworks for global corporations, public spaces and private residences.
