Alison Rash is an artist living in Nebraska after almost two decades in Los Angeles. Rash earned an MFA from Claremont Graduate University with a concentration in Painting, an MA in Education from Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology and a BA in Art from Pepperdine University. Rash has exhibited in Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, San Diego, Dallas and Washington D.C. as well as internationally in Paris, Venice, Mexico City and Tokyo. Rash’s current body of work explores the idea of absence as presence as she begins to unpack her own experience with metastatic breast cancer.
